Oh My Heart

[Citizen Fang]Sheeth, that was intense! How do they come back from THAT?!

Sam leaving Martin in the middle of a road was a dick move; Dean tricking Sam was a bigger dick move. Just never thought Martin as that kind of a hunter.

So, we come to the conclusion of the Amelia story line, that the husband came back from the dead, or, from the sound of it, POW, and Sam did the right thing by leaving. Why this makes me so sad?! Like there is no rightful place where he can go. "Nothing speaks family like the whole family being dead." My heart!

Choosing a vampire over your own brother, this line was kind of too anvilish; I mean, too much an echo of you choose a demon over your own brother. It's really not about choosing one over the brother, it's really about what felt right at the moment.

And I actually like the Dean/Benny story line here. It creates legitimate Sam/Dean conflict, they really disagree, fundamentally. I mean, how do they come back from that?!

"Every relationship I ever had went to crap at some point." what relationship is Dean talking about? He doesn't really have one outside Sam/John/Bobby/Ellen/Jo. Note how only Sam is still alive? "Nothing speaks family like the whole family being dead."

eta. I forgot about Castiel, in terms of Dean's relationship count. But Castiel has let him down, by breaking Sam's mind/wall. However, Dean more often than not, treat Cas like a weapon, that is a whole new can of worm, which I'm kind of a bit drunk to deal with for the moment.

I know, right!?! My heart just broke for him, then. Again.

And it was just dickery all around (what. It's totally a word, now. A friend of mine is right. This show has us making up words all the time)

I can't wait to what comes of all of this. Someone was saying that this wasn't really meant to be the mid season finale. So does that there's more intensity to come in January?

(Who am I kidding, there's always more intensity to come. Wheeeeeeeeee)

you know, I heard 8.13 is going to gut people, that Sam and Dean are going to have honest conversation, and it's raw, and all that. It's going to air, supposedly, in Feb.

What? Dickery is not a word? I mean, come on, fuckery is a word. hee.

I wanna see that. I might be in the minority but it's been a long time coming, I think.

It's like season 7 is the calm before the storm. (Calm being a bit relative term in this universe)</p>

I expect it to be brutal. My heart will be breaking. And I am hoping that they come out stronger for it.

yeah, I know. I kind of like this season in that there is no crisis hanging over their heads (yet), and so they are dealing with their issues in a relaxed (to Winchesters) setting, without supernatural interference/focus to mess with them, so they can get down to the roots of things and really deal.
