Fandom happiness and woe of big_bang variety

Big_bang is all revealed and am so happy! One of the writer who said she wasn't sure made it.

On the other hand, two whose work that I have been looking forward to seemed to have pulled out.

I personnally had to pull out -story was getting too long. I'm so ashamed. My first big bang and I didn't made it!

But I'll still write the end of the story and post it. I had taken too much challenges at once.

I'm sorry two of the authors you were expecting had to pull out too.

Hey, there is nothing to be ashamed about pulling out. I did that last year and it only made me more determined to sign up and finish my fic this year. Just think you get time to really devote to the story and none of the stress over deadlines and there is always next year.

don't feel too bad about it, fic is something that if it doesn't happen, it doesn't happen. it's no use or good to rush them.

happy writing! you had fun writing, that's the most important thing.

eta, now that I'm actually on computer instead of phone, so I can get wordy, hee. Actually I understand there is always a chance of the one fic that you are waiting for end up not being posted. I've made my peace with that. I mean, I am still waiting for a slave fic that last updated in 2008, at least, at big_bang, this won't happen.
